Visit Details

Every visit has its own Visit Details page. On this page you can see the information you’ve provided for the visit as well as the meta-data associated with the visit.

Visit Details

On the left, you will find the fields you’ve inputted when you submitted the visit:

  • Visit Type

  • Visit Date

  • Client

  • Visit Start Time

  • Visit Duration

  • Visit Mode

  • Visit Location

  • Services Provided

Metadata

On the right, you will find metadata that we generate for each visit. On mobile, this section will appear below the information you've inputted.

  • Visit ID - A unique ID generated for each visit.

  • Submitted on - the date you submitted the visit

  • Status - the current status of a visit

  • Cycle - the cycle in which the visit was submitted

  • Health Plan - the health plan this visit will be billed to. This is the health plan that the client has on their Client Profile at the time the visit was submitted

  • Payment Amount - the amount you will get paid for this visit

Visit Status

There are 3 visit status types:

  • Submitted - this is the default status of a visit once it has been submitted.

  • Processing - at the end of the cycle after the visit was submitted, all visits submitted that cycle are moved into ‘Processing’

  • Paid - at the end of each cycle, all visits under ‘Processing’ will be paid out in one payment. Once the payment has been sent, the visits associated with that payment will all be moved into ‘Paid’

Editing Visits

If you notice an error on a visit after submission, contact us immediately at [email protected].

You are not able to edit visits after they are submitted on the portal.

In the email, include the Visit ID of the visit in question, and describe what needs to be changed.

Please do not include any personally identifiable information or protected health information in the message.
