Your dashboard for getting a quick overview of your latest activity.

When you log into the Loula app, you will be taken to this page. You may return to this page at any time by pressing Home on the navigation bar or on the Loula logo.

At the top of the page are two buttons - Submit visit and Create client. These two buttons allow you to create clients on Loula and submit visits for those clients.

This page is split up into two parts β€” Cycle on the left, and Health Plans on the right. On mobile devices, Cycle and Health plans are separated into two tabs.


Cycle

On desktop devices, you will find an overview of your activity this cycle in the main content section on the left.

On mobile devices, this will be the default tab that is opened on your dashboard.

Cycle

Under Cycle, you will find the current cycle date range.

Submitted this cycle

Under Submitted this cycle, you will see a table with the last 10 visits you have submitted this cycle.

If you have submitted more than 10 visits, you can view all of your visits by clicking the button at the bottom of the table. This will take you to a filtered version of the Visits page where you can see all the visits.

Upcoming Payment

Under Upcoming payment is a statement that tells you how much you are getting paid this cycle. For example, a statement might read:

At the end of this cycle, on 1/31/25, you will be paid $1128.50 for the 7 visits submitted in the last cycle.

To see the specific details of the visits associated with that payment, you can click the button that reads View visits.


Health Plans

On the right sidebar, you will find a list of all the health plans you indicated you want to work to work with in the Onboarding Credentialing Packet.

Health Plans can have four statuses:

Credentialed

  • This plan is currently active. You may start taking on clients that have this health plan and submitting visits.

  • Find the Credentialing Start Date for this plan underneath the Plan Name.

Action Needed

  • This means that you need to fill out additional documentation to move forward with credentialing for this plan.

  • Use the Sign and Attest button to fill out the required documentation

Under Review

  • This means that you have filled out what is needed so far to move forward with credentialing

  • You will find an estimate for when you will get credentialed with this plan under the Plan Name.

Processing

  • This means that we are working to get you credentialed with this plan. Once we have a sense of how long this credentialing process will take, we will display the information accordingly

Want to add or remove a health plan?

At this time, you are not able to add or remove a health plan directly on the platform.
