Usually we are not able to support a client's insurance because we are not in-network with the client's primary insurance plan. Unfortunately, at this time we are not able to process claims for out-of-network or secondary insurance.
If you would still like to continue care with this client outside of Loula, you have a few options:
Submit their claims on your own to their primary insurance as an out-of-network provider
Obtain a single-case agreement or letter of agreement (LOA) with their primary insurance that would allow you to submit claims for this client (not all plans offer this option, but some do!)
We strongly recommend that you reach out to the health plan directly before attempting to bill as an out-of-network provider to check whether they will allow you to do this. For an LOA, you'll need to reach out to the plan directly to see if they offer them.
