In order to create clients and submit visits on the Loula portal, you will need to attest to reading the Provider Billing Policies & Procedures.
Log into the Loula portal at app.joinloula.com.
On the left toolbar, click "Loulaversity"
Find the task that says, "Read and attest to the Provider Billing Policies &
Procedures" and click the blue button, "Read Billing Policy & Procedures."
This will take you to the Provider Billing Policies & Procedures page.
Return to the portal. Now the task box will have an option that says, "I will abide by Loula's Billing Policies & Procedures." Click this text.
A pop up will appear. Click the "I attest" button.
